As much as I would have loved to see Jesus perform a mass-healing service, I recognize that we have something greater available right now. The Spirit of God dwells within us and abides in us. We don’t live for radical miracle moments. We live to intimately know the one who is the healer by daily living in his presence.

We recently remembered that the greatest in the kingdom of heaven are those who become humble like children. The path to this humble position is repentance. Repentance is simply this: becoming humble enough to allow the shepherd to restore you to the flock.
